Please note that we do not take reservations for outdoor tables, including the covered terrace area, as the weather can be unpredictable. Outdoor seating is therefore available on a first come, first served basis only and if you have a table and there is space, we would be happy to move you outside. Dogs are very welcome on the terrace; however, we kindly ask that they enter via the side entrance of the building.

We do advise on making bookings especially in our busier periods, this will ensure that we have a table ready for you when you arrive. When making your booking please specify any additional requests such as extra space for prams or wheelchair access. We also ask that you include any children requiring highchairs as an extra cover within your party size, this ensures we can provide a table which has enough space without being too cramped or blocking off access to surrounding tables.

We do welcome walk-ins at our café, however in busy periods and particularly over the weekend, there may be a queue/wait times and we may not be able to seat you straight away. Please note that if we are busy, we will require your table back after 2 hours.

For regular café and Afternoon Tea bookings, please use our online booking system link above. Afternoon Tea bookings must be made 48 hours or more prior to the date and is served between 2:15pm – 3:30pm.

If you would like to make a booking for 10 people or more, please contact our Café team here.
A 10% service charge will added on to large group bookings of over 8 people.

Changes To Your Afternoon Tea Booking

If you need to amend a booking, please contact the Cafe team directly via our contact form. Any cancellations to be made 48 hours or more in advance. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours may still be charged and deposits not refunded.
