Chicken En Croute

Our individual Chicken En Croute is made with succulent free-range chicken breast stuffed with Ogleshield cheese, The West Country’s answer to raclette. The breast is then wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, glazed with a garlic and herb marinade and encased in a pastry lattice.
