Tomahawk steaks are a glorious cut of meat and is actually a large ribeye steak that is specifically cut with about 6-12 inches of the rib bone left on it. It is juicy and tender and is known as an expensive cut of meat with a higher fat content than other parts of the beef. They are cooked best when grilled or pan- seared making them the perfect showstopper for a barbecue in the summer.
