Neals Yard

Rob Lightbody

—–

Alongside Lyme Bay Winery, Rob Lightbody from Neal’s Yard Dairy will also be leading you through the evening’s pairing will be. Neal’s Yard Dairy was founded in 1979 by a group of small food producers dedicated to quality in the now-famous Neal’s Yard area of Covent Garden. Randolph Hodgson established the dairy, which began as a small shop selling Greek-style yogurt and crème fraîche. Since then, it has grown into a significant player in the cheesemaking world. Randolph’s hands-on approach involved visiting local cheesemakers to learn from them, and this commitment to quality and craftsmanship remains at the core of Neal’s Yard Dairy.
