Our Hereford Topside of Beef makes a fantastic roasting joint, characteristically lean and tender.  Sourced from our Hereford cattle that graze the watermeadows here on the Stratfield Saye Estate. The animals are extensively grazed and traditionally reared and butchered here by our skilled butchers ensuring both high quality meat and low food miles.
