Our butterflied joint is hand-marinated by our Butchers. The bone has been removed and the meat is opened out into the rough shape of a butterfly – this means it is quicker to cook and easier to carve! It is best known for being incredibly tender, and with our delicious selection of tasty marinades you won’t be disappointed.
